Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Standard US shipping: $6.00 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $75
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then reach out to hello@retrotropics.com
Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to reroute a package once it’s shipped. Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at the customer’s cost, or refunded minus original shipping.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your hat arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but it never turned up, email hello@retrotropics.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo if relevant. We’ll make it right.
